Important: Renovation work will take place in June 2026; photos will be updated accordingly. This 48 m² house is set in a quiet environment with direct access to Bretons Beach (just cross a calm street). Bright and airy, it features an air-conditioned living room and a private, fenced lawned garden with no overlooking neighbors, a shaded dining area, and a barbecue. A parking space and a garage with bicycles are available for your use. The port and all amenities are less than a 10-minute walk away. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with beds that can be arranged as singles or doubles and stacked (5 beds total), plus a bathroom with WC. Downstairs, you'll find a separate kitchen, a WC, a living room with a leather sofa bed, a dining table, a TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided. Four vintage bicycles are also available for you. Pets are welcome, provided they leave no trace of their stay, both inside and outside.
